ENCYCLOPEDIAS OF DOLLMAKING
Sometimes you come across a set of books that just have it all. The three books I am going to show you are works of art in themselves.
The creator is the late Susan Oroyan, a great artist who is surely missed in our doll world.
(My Opinion) These three books are a MUST HAVE for all doll artists. It does not matter if you are a new at dollmaking or a seasoned artist believe me these books are worth every penny.
These three books cover every technique possible in all different styles of dollmaking, all mediums, design, finishing, hair, display stands, armature, clay, paint, etc.

CDA Spotlight on Judith Prior
Meet CDA's first Spotlight Diva Judith Prior.Judith is from Bundaberg, Queensland, Australia and is an accomplished playwright and a successful cloth doll artist. Judith was selected as our Spotlight Diva for sharing her knowledge and expertise in a forum discussion she started last month entitled, 'Creating Doll Faces' on the CDA main page. Judith shared not only advice, but provided two creating doll faces tutorials of two of her doll classes, Lola and Princess Madelaine. How terrific is that? Judith has received some positive feedback from our members who are new at cloth dollmaking.
